M & H Counseling Services was born from a dream to be able to create a safe place for individuals seeking to heal from their past and embrace their future. We offer a custom tailored approach for treatment in a warm, welcoming environment. Our staff are here to help guide you on your journey, and get you to the place you deserve to be. We believe every individual should have control and say in their treatment. We want to create a safe space for everyone that walks through our door no matter your story.

Trauma Treatment

We offer a safe space to be able to process all difficult moments in life. We create a customized approach to allow the individual to process the events or feelings behind the incident.

LGBTQI

We offer services for everyone that is in the LGBTQI community. Everyone is respected in this space no matter what you are going through. We also offer services for the transgender population as you embark on your journey.

Neurodivergent

We specialize and understand all areas of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. We see individuals whether they are adults, adolescents, or children.

Sex Addiction/Love Addiction/ Pornography Addiction

Cassandra specifically works with individuals that are dealing with any of the addictions listed above. She is a CSAT candidate and will tailor treatment to each individual.
